Job Category: ProductJob Description: * Responsible for gathering retail deposits in line with ALCO direction as well as CB business direction.
  • Maximize Net interest income from deposits by maximizing NIM, deposit AUM and customers.
  • Create products strategies in individual and juristic deposits, digital and non-digital savings and fixed deposits.
  • Develop business plans, toward product strategy including defining products and target customer to meet business goals.
  • Develop and manage funding inflow/outflow to align with the bank's financial policy and create funding tools that generate highest return with low cost of fund to the bank.
  • Create product development on both Deposit and debit Card product on all channels ie. Branch, digital channel
  • Portfolio management; Manage cross-selling through existing deposit and other product's base to create incremental NII/NOII revenue per customer. Maintain healthy portfolio, upsell and cross-product benefit via weekly data analytic.
  • Monitor and drive key business indicator ie. CASA ratio/COD/NIM/NII/NOII and key financial indicators according to business direction.
  • Monitor performance on daily/weekly/monthly on all channels. Design strategy to address gaps
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholder to create efficient product/ campaign development toward product business plan ie. CBSM, Finance, IT, Digital team, MKT, DB, CSD, Branch, compliance, legal.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and partners to achieve business strategies ie. TRUE, Air Asia, ARC (reward platform)
  • Develop and maintain good customer journey on all contact points ie. Branch and digital channel
  • Assure all product, process are complied with relevant regulations especially AMLO, BOT; address fraud and mule account issues
  • Assure all product, process follow internal' governance. Initiate process improvement to continuously improve.
  • Monitor and control sales process as well as proper document been used especially branch channel.
  • Implement additional sale incentive (if necessary) to incorporate with business direction. To monitor and communicate to branch for effective results.
  • Control and manage Budget, expenses of product to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assure interest related document are updated and correct on all communications/announcement. Including parameter setting that impact on both branch and digital interest rate.
  • Create all committee documents for ALCO, RECOMs, RBC, and others for product/process approval.
  • Other products/service management; initiate/redesigning products or service to correspond with product's strategy as well as match with industry's behavior trend e.g. cardless withdrawal, wallet-linked account
  • Branch/Digital process improvement : paperless on factsheet, T&C, product catalog via QR.
