Identify and capture high-potential growth opportunities across diverse sectors,

Oversee product line strategy and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market demands, and the company’s business objectives.

Continuously analyze product performance and lead improvement initiatives to drive growth and profitability.Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales representatives across ASEAN, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue and growth targets.
Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training and development programs to enhance the sales team’s effectiveness and future-readiness.
Work closely with sales representatives to develop and execute customer-centric solutions that align with the company’s business model and growth strategy
Oversee the management of direct customer relationships and distributor networks within the legal entity, ensuring alignment with company sales objectives and market strategies.
Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers and distributors, driving customer retention and loyalty.
Work closely with sales managers to monitor and analyze sales performance, implement corrective actions, and optimize channel strategies to maximize profitability.
Provide strategic guidance to sales teams and distributors, ensuring they are equipped to expand the customer base, meet sales targets, and strengthen partnerships.
Drive superior gross margin management across all product lines by optimizing pricing strategies, controlling costs, and ensuring the right balance of value proposition and premium pricing.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to identify opportunities for margin improvement while maintaining customer satisfaction and competitive positioning.
Implement initiatives that enhance profitability, manage discount structures, and protect premium margins in a competitive market environment.
Monitor and report on gross margin performance, making adjustments to strategies to ensure ongoing business profitability.
Drive business development initiatives that strengthen the company’s position in ASEAN by leveraging its unique value proposition and building on its business fundamentals.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including
government bodies, industry associations, and ecosystem partners.
Foster cross-industry collaborations that promote shared value creation, new business strategies, and innovative solutions.
Lead efforts to increase market share, revenue, and profitability by collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams on tailored go-to-market strategies.
Utilize data-driven insights and advanced technologies to improve decision-making, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth.
Champion initiatives that explore new revenue streams while ensuring alignment with the company’s financial and strategic objectives.
Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, ensuring that the company remains a market leader.
Represent the company at key industry events and forums to enhance its brand visibility and influence industry direction.
Advocate for the company’s interests by engaging with various stakeholders related to product innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation.
Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams across different geographies, promoting a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
Act as a coach and mentor to not only the sales representatives.
Drive organizational change by promoting agility, innovation, and adherence to the company’s values and operational principles.
Ensure all business activities, including sales, product offered, and partnerships, comply with local regulations and the company’s guiding principles and code of conduct.
Collaborate with internal regulatory. supply chain and finance teams to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure business continuity.
To comply with Freudenberg regulations on Safety, Environmental protection, and Occupation health by working with Supervisor, Sales and CTSGP HSE appointed personnel to meet the safety standards and policies of the local and global regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in industry development, business development, product line management, or sales leadership within ASEAN.
Strong capability in leveraging data-driven insights and advanced technologies for strategic decision-making and sales optimization.
Proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring high-performing sales teams
Experience managing direct customer relationships and distributor networks
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record ofinfluencing senior stakeholders.
Multilingual proficiency (e.g., English, Chinese or another major Asia Pacific language) is highly desirable.
