Oversee warehouse operations for the automotive production system (Tesla), ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods
Manage and support a team of approximately 40 staff, including warehouse personnel and forklift operators
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment
Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth operations and address specific requirements or concerns
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse processes and maintain high safety standards
Track and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost management, and service quality
Experience requirements
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management, including at the supervisory level
Ability to plan and manage warehouse space, product inspection, movement, storage, distribution, and warehouse information/document systems
Strong skills in managing subordinates, including task assignment, follow-up, training, and effective problem-solving under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across various departments
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, Internet, and E-mail
Education requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any fields
Good command in English at an internal conversation level
