- Develop and maintain relationships with existing SME customers to maximize their profitability and growth.
- Identify new business opportunities by expanding existing customer base and seeking for new prospects in assigned area.
- Provide timely and accurate information on market trends, competitive intelligence and feedback to Head of Business Banking and other relevant units.
- Support in implementing the sales strategies as well as plans to achieve the business objectives in line with the bank's overall strategy.Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow strong and profitable relationship with existing customers through proactive and regular contact via phone calls, visits or emails to understand customer needs and identify selling opportunities.
- Grow customer portfolio by identifying and acquiring new customers in assigned area.
- Ensure all customers are provided with high quality service and support through prompt responds to their enquiries and resolving any issues arising within agreed timeframe.
- Keep abreast of changes in market conditions and trends and provide insights to Head of Business Banking and other relevant units.
- Work closely with product specialists and other stakeholders to develop tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs.
- Support in organizing events/seminars to promote products and services and build brand awareness among customers and prospects.Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate banking, preferably with focus on relationship management.
- Experience in cash management, trade finance, foreign exchange, treasury and capital markets would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively in team environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to improve processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
