Job Responsibilities
- Frontline of contact for overseas clients. - First eyes of the client, meaning the client's responsibility is our responsibility. - Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance. - Recommend new opportunities and service improvements. - Work collaboratively with internal teams, including those in a branch office abroad. - Ensure the business is integrated with overall marketing and communication strategies. - Manage project budgets, timelines, and execution plans to ensure an efficient outcome. - Work with the team for pitching projects, new business & presentation to propose to clients. - Coordinate with external vendors domestically and internationally. - Develop the digital transformation businesses and strategy. - Persuade the related parties to agree with the ideas or concept of the business plans. - Involved in the sales planning, management, and implementation to achieve the targets. - Support top management to develop a growth plan for existing clients and market research. - Seeking new customers to get new orders to align with the company's growth. - Research industry trends, competitor dynamics, and current events. - Analyze and provide relevant business insights based on findings. - Provide sales data to the management team and be responsible for document control. - Other tasks as assigned by the managerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration or any related field - At least 3 years of experience in marketing and business development skills in a Marketing Agency (Automotive Clients) or the Automotive industry - Experienced in the automotive industry - Conversational High in English with IELTS score 6.5 up or TOEIC score 860 or above (communication with Asia report line and Asia clients (mostly Singaporean)) - Microsoft Office proficiency - Have a driver's license and can drive.
