This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable and dynamic organization with a solid foundation in personal care ingredient trading.Position Summary:We are seeking a Sales Manager who is passionate about the personal care industry and driven by business growth. This role is responsible for sourcing, developing new business, and expanding a 100% new client portfolio in the Thai market and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of personal care ingredients or B2B tradingJob Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and business development activities for personal care ingredients across B2B sectors (e.g. cosmetics manufacturers, skincare product companies, and distributors)
  • Identify, approach, and develop new clients (100%) to grow market share and product penetration
  • Source new opportunities and suppliers aligned with market needs and trends
  • Analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored ingredient solutions from the company's product portfolio
  • Develop pricing strategies, prepare proposals, and close sales contracts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, QA/QC, and global sourcing teams
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in personal care ingredients, cosmetics raw materials, or related trading sectors
  • Proven track record in business development and opening new accounts
  • Strong sourcing and negotiation skills with international suppliers
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
