  • Provide remote assistance via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with step-by-step guidance.
  • Escalate complex issues to technical specialists or managers.
  • Offer after-hours hotline support for urgent service needs.
  • Use SmartPlant for proactive analysis and customer advice.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, IFS, SmartPlant, and NCR systems.
On-Site Field Service (25%)
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Conduct service inspections and combustion fine-tuning.
  • Coordinate parts replacement and complex repairs with service managers.
CRM & Documentation
  • Log all customer interactions and service activities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive service history database.
Technical Knowledge & Improvement
  • Stay updated on product developments and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Share insights to enhance team efficiency.
  • Participate in technical training sessions.
Health & Safety
  • Comply with legal and internal H&S requirements.
  • Define and implement risk mitigation actions.
  • Follow up on safety checklists and incident investigations.
Experience requirementsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field.
Experience
  • Over 5 years in field service or customer support.
  • Experience with remote diagnostics and technical troubleshooting.
  • On-site technical service or project execution experience is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of control systems, automation, and technical processes.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, P&ID, electrical diagrams.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming (Siemens S7); Allen Bradley is a plus.
Languages
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
