Data Analysis & Solution Solving
Responsible for analyzing data and proposing solutions to problems identified through data insights.
Partner Performance
Responsible for calculating performance KPIs and communicating the results to partners. Also accountable for driving overall performance to meet KPI standards.
Technician Resource Management
Plan and manage technician resources to ensure sufficient manpower for installation and maintenance tasks, in line with installation and maintenance KPI standards.
Outsource Management
Source and manage technician resources based on job type to optimize operational costs.
Delivery Performance Solution
Support the delivery of relevant data and insights to partners to help improve their performance.
AIS & 3BB Consolidation
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, engineering, mathematics, statistics, data science or a related degree program with outstanding academic results.
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably working with large datasets and experimentation.
Expert Excel user: able to understand and build complex spreadsheets
SQL ,PowerBI or Tableau ,RPA Tools (PowerAutomate/PowerApp) are required.
Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems and mentors junior analysts.
Strong business sense
Can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
