Develop and implement sales strategies to promote substation automation systems, LV, MV, and HV switchgear to utility sector clients.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to provide accurate technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company policies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, preferably in substation automation, and LV, MV, HV switchgear.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems for the utility sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand complex technical information and convey it to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel as required.
