- Compliance and Policy Development: Ensuring that the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, and developing internal policies that govern employee conduct and organizational practices.
- Career Development: Assisting employees in identifying career paths and providing resources for professional growth and advancement within the company.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- Good command of Thai and English both spoken and written.
- Familiar to work with international culture and environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for managing employee interactions and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to analyze employee performance data and make informed decisions regarding training and development needs.
- HRD professionals must be well-organized to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
