Job Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Closing - Controlling the accounting closing monthly and yearly, together with reconciliation. - Handling the month and year-end management reporting and financial reporting - Preparing annual budgets, monthly profit, and cash forecasts - Conducting business and financial analysis - Managing and overseeing the daily operations and accounting team 2. Tax & Cost Control - Controlling and analysing costs and tax - Responsible for the tax refund process/tax audit - Responsible for filling the half-year and yearly corporate income tax 3. Audit & Statutory Compliance - Fulfilling auditing and statutory requirements - Preparing documents for internal controls - Develop the accounting systems that are aligned with the company's strategy and values - Contacting a Lawyer for legal action regarding the case that occurred 4. Management Support - Scheduling and handling the Board of Directors meeting every month 5. Other tasks as assigned by the ManagerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Master's degree in Accounting or the Financial field - At least 15 years of experience in Financial Accounting, Closing, and Analysis from Trading/Manufacturing - At least 7 years as an Assistant Manager or Manager Level with 5 subordinates or above - Experience in Management Accounting - Holdings CPD License - Conversational High Level in English (documents, report, and communicate with the Japanese Headquarters in some parts) - Able to plan, forecast, and manage reporting - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and any accounting programs
