- Provide strategic direction and management oversight for all MEP-related activities on projects
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with the overall project design and construction
- Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements
- Manage and oversee the work of MEP subcontractors, including monitoring their performance, quality, and safety
- Identify and mitigate potential MEP-related risks and issues, and implement effective solutions
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of MEP systems, in line with project schedules and budgets
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team on MEP-related matters
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of MEP processes and best practices within the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an MEP Manager or in a senior MEP-related role, preferably in the Data Center Project / Construction
- Good Command in English
- Thorough understanding of MEP design, installation, and commissioning principles, as well as relevant codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in using MEP-related software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
