Candidate & Data ManagementUpdate and maintain candidate records in the CRM (e.g., name, contact info, status)Import and organize resumes/CVs into the systemTrack completion of job-specific questions and pre-qualifying formsFollow up on candidate documentation to prepare for visa application (e.g., passport, certificates)2. Communication & Follow-upCommunicate with candidates via: Phone, Email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp.Follow up on job questions, form responses, document submissions, and meeting confirmationsHandle general inquiries from candidates (FAQs, status updates) through email and GRiP social media channelsShare job posts into targeted industry or regional groupsMonitor inboxes (Facebook, LinkedIn, Email) and route inquiries to relevant team membersAssist in scheduling interviews and meetings via Zoom/ Teams/ Google Meet as required๐ง Tools & PlatformsFamiliarity with the following would be a plus:ATS or CRM Systems (e.g., RecruitCRM, JobAdder)Microsoft OfficeZoom, Teams, Google MeetFacebook Meta Business Suite, LinkedInAsana, Microsoft Planner, or similar task tracking toolsโ Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, or related fieldExperience in recruitment administration, communications or admin supportStrong written and spoken English communication skillsFamiliarity with social media tools used professionallyTech-savvy, organized, and able to follow SOPs with minimal supervisionReliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
