  • Develop compelling, on-brand social media content tailored to Thai audiences.
  • Stay on top of emerging social media trends and creatively integrate them into content planning and execution, to create viral moments.
  • Actively participate in content shoots, from planning to execution, to capture authentic and engaging visuals and videos.
  • Collaborate with the in-house creative team to bring content ideas to life.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement across all social platforms.
  • Possess SEO knowledge to optimize content and improve search engine rankings.
  • Proactively manage and engage with the YouTrip community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Foster and create opportunities for user-generated content that showcases the YouTrip experience
  • Analyze social media and SEO performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve future initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of solid experience in social media marketing or related fields.
  • Proven ability to create branded content for social media that delivers measurable results.
  • Strong awareness of daily trends with the ability to transform them into viral content.
  • A blend of strategic planning expertise and hands-on execution skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing content calendars and cross-team collaboration.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for on-location shoots and content production.
  • Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tailored for social media platforms.
  • Experience analyzing social media performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements.
  • A start-up attitude: highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and hands-on. Comfortable working independently when needed.
