- Develop compelling, on-brand social media content tailored to Thai audiences.
- Stay on top of emerging social media trends and creatively integrate them into content planning and execution, to create viral moments.
- Actively participate in content shoots, from planning to execution, to capture authentic and engaging visuals and videos.
- Collaborate with the in-house creative team to bring content ideas to life.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement across all social platforms.
- Possess SEO knowledge to optimize content and improve search engine rankings.
- Proactively manage and engage with the YouTrip community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster and create opportunities for user-generated content that showcases the YouTrip experience
- Analyze social media and SEO performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve future initiatives
- Minimum of 4–5 years of solid experience in social media marketing or related fields.
- Proven ability to create branded content for social media that delivers measurable results.
- Strong awareness of daily trends with the ability to transform them into viral content.
- A blend of strategic planning expertise and hands-on execution skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing content calendars and cross-team collaboration.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for on-location shoots and content production.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tailored for social media platforms.
- Experience analyzing social media performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements.
- A start-up attitude: highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and hands-on. Comfortable working independently when needed.
