About the CompanyOur client, a well-known consumer products company, is seeking a Supply Chain Leader to manage warehouse, transport, import/export, planning, and eCommerce operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high performance across all functions.Job Responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations with 3PL partners, ensuring SOP compliance and inventory accuracy through audits and SAP.
Oversee transport operations by optimizing routes, ensuring vendor compliance, and managing delivery and return processes.
Handle import/export activities, ensuring timely and compliant customs clearance and coordination with authorities.
Ensure FDA compliance for cosmetics and medical devices, including product registration, labeling, and audit support.
Lead S&OP planning by aligning strategies with business goals, improving forecast accuracy, and facilitating consensus.
Manage supply planning by balancing demand with stock levels and identifying risks like overstock or obsolescence.
Oversee order-to-cash processes including SAP order handling, customer service, payment processing, and issue resolution.
Optimize eCommerce fulfillment operations, including layout, staffing, and pick-pack-ship processes, with cross-functional coordination.
Experience requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience across key supply chain functions such as planning, logistics, import/export, and order management.
At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing cross-functional supply chain operations.
Strong operational knowledge in process optimization, vendor management, and system integration, preferably with SAP experience.
Familiarity with regulatory standards, FDA guidelines related to product registration, labeling, and import procedures.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, operational challenges, and cross-functional collaboration.
