We're hiring a Lead Marketing Data Analyst to own the data and analytics landscape across marketing and revenue functions. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to support strategic growth initiatives with powerful data insights.What You'll Do:Lead and manage the full data lifecycle from acquisition to visualization and actionable insightDevelop and maintain automated dashboards and reports for internal teams across marketing, content, and customer successEnsure consistency and accuracy of data across analytics platforms, CRMs, and data warehousesWork with data integration tools and APIs to streamline workflows and expand data acquisition capabilitiesConduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, campaign performance, and customer journeys to uncover growth opportunitiesPresent clear, practical insights to internal stakeholders to guide commercial decisionsWhat We're Looking For:6+ years' experience in a senior data or business analyst role, ideally in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech environmentsAdvanced proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar languages)Strong command of marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV), funnel performance, and cohort analysisHands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase) and spreadsheetsFamiliarity with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery)Exposure to tools like GA4, Hubspot, Segment, or similar RevOps platforms is a strong advantageBonus: experience with low-code/AI automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n)Degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and project management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, international team environmentBenefits & Perks:Relocation support (visa, flight reimbursement, temporary housing)Comprehensive healthcare package including telemedicine servicesGenerous leave policies: 15 days annual leave + ~13 public holidays2 weeks/year work-from-anywhere (after probation)Learning and development budgetMonthly team lunches and regular company outingsBe part of a rapidly growing, global tech business with strong investor backingWhat You’ll Get:Relocation Support
