- Define key milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to track initiative success and user impact towards department level strategy.
- Maintain and update the roadmap for ongoing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
- Facilitate OKR setting and tracking for operational projects and strategic initiatives
- Lead new UX improvement or cost reduction initiatives aimed at uplifting user experience across Shopee's operations
- Track impact and monitor timelines of existing UX / cost initiatives
- Work with VoC and CI teams to synthesize market research, user studies, and competitor benchmarking to support initiative planning.
- Create actionable recommendations based on feedback to enhance customer experiences as well as enhance internal efficiencies
- Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring alignment between business, product, and operational functions.
- Facilitate regular progress updates, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions to track progress and resolve roadblocks
- Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, using analytics to measure and optimize initiative effectiveness.
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Intelligence (analytics & reporting) or Operations preferably in e-commerce or tech companies. Note: less experienced individuals with eagerness to learn & work hard also welcome!
- Experience in generating and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, and customer feedback to drive business improvements.
- Good analytical capabilities; comfortable working with data sets, SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Interest in improving project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
