Job Responsibilities
This position will be required to work in factory of group company ・Oversee production control processs ・Execution and guidance of production control and process management on-site ・Practical handling of CNC programming (Fanuc systems) and machining operations ・Understanding and preparation of quality control documentation based on IATF 16949 ・Adjustment and management of production volume based on demand forecasts ・Coordination and communication with teams in Germany, Mexico, and Japan Interpretation and instruction based on technical drawings ・Forecast management and delivery scheduling (in collaboration with the logistics team) ・Handling customer inquiries related to quality in coordination with internal engineers ・Other duties assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- At least 3 years in machinery and CNC operations • Experience managing a team of 5-6 people (Production & QC) • Conversational high level of English • Professional-level CNC programming skills (Fanuc experience required) • Familiarity with IATF 16949 system and quality documentation • Ability to manage forecast volume planning • Comfortable coordinating with teams from Germany, Mexico, and Japan
