Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Radiologist to join our medical team. Qualifications:
MBBS degree from a recognized institution, followed by a postgraduate specialization in Radiology (MD, DNB, or DMRD).
Strong foundation in diagnostic imaging techniques, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound.
Familiarity with digital radiology platforms, PACS/RIS systems, and telemedicine practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnostic Image Interpretation: Perform detailed analysis of imaging studies such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and Ultrasounds. Apply both clinical expertise and AI-supported tools to improve diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
Report Preparation & Validation: Review AI-assisted preliminary reports, ensure clinical accuracy, and prepare final, comprehensive diagnostic reports for physicians and patients.
Tele-Radiology & Remote Reporting: Provide timely and reliable diagnostic reports through secure digital platforms, enabling access to high-quality radiology services regardless of location.
Collaboration with Clinical Teams: Work closely with referring doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to communicate findings, highlight urgent cases, and support treatment decisions.
Workflow Management: Optimize diagnostic workflows by utilizing AI tools to prioritize urgent cases, minimize turnaround times, and improve service efficiency.
Quality & Standards Assurance: Maintain consistency and reliability in reporting, validate AI-generated insights, and ensure adherence to clinical governance protocols.
Compliance & Confidentiality: Uphold patient confidentiality and follow strict data security standards, aligning with regulatory guidelines on telemedicine and healthcare privacy.
