Responsibilities: - Create and innovate designs for silver and fashion jewelry collections.
- Identify and manage suppliers for both complete products and individual components.
- Assist in maintaining product quality and ensuring supplier compliance with standards.
- Visit production facilities to support and oversee product development.
- Ensure all materials meet required specifications, industry standards, and testing requirements.
- Partner with the marketing team to manage pricing, sample coordination, and order tracking.
- Contribute to the development of supplier plans and strategic roadmaps.
- Collaborate with regional teams and headquarters on inventory and merchandising activities.
- Improve logistics and shipping workflows to shorten delivery timelines.
Requirements: - Over 10 years of experience in jewelry design, sourcing, or procurement is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset.
- High level of precision and accuracy in work.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is beneficial.
