Job Description
  • Serve as a cultural bridge between Chinese stakeholders and local teams to improve understanding and collaboration.
  • Promote effective communication and teamwork across cultural differences.
  • Engage and build lasting relationships with Chinese businesses expanding internationally.
  • Arrange client meetings, technical seminars, and training sessions to increase product knowledge and awareness.
  • Provide timely support to client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Strengthen partnerships with Chinese clients by applying strategic relationship-building techniques.
  • Monitor customer needs through regular visits and offer tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies to meet business goals.
  • Participate in sales negotiations, ensuring beneficial pricing and terms.
  • Lead various sales activities, including localization efforts, technical discussions, and promotional events.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments to support business decisions.
  • Assist Chinese clients in understanding and complying with local laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as the CC Liaison Office, regional sales managers, and global business stakeholders to maintain consistent communication with customer headquarters.
  • Collaborate with local and Chinese FUCHS offices to support customer requirements and project execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B business development or account management, especially in the automotive industry; experience in lubricants is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to international work environments, particularly in China, is highly advantageous.
  • Solid knowledge of logistics, with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or other language skills are a strong advantage.
