Bangkok, Phayathai【Job Description】
- Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant laws.
- Review and approve invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing training and support.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Other related tasks as assigned.【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software:Express and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
