Shift Leader

• Schedule daily production, e.g., shifting, ensure achievement of daily production plan by coordinating other function units during the whole process in the responsible areas, including regular production, start-up, shutdown, change- grade and trial production.
• Initiate regular / periodic product inspections in various stages of production according to product specification to ensure the quality standards are met.
• Observe closely off-specification in production, waste and new material supply and take corrective action to find root cause and solve problem on immediately on routine and regular problems.
• Report to supervisor any minor and major findings, take action to address and do the initial investigation of the problems to define root cause.
• Observe process overview and operators at workplace as schedule/standard to ensure the quality standards are met.

• Communicate effectively within Operation and other functions, e.g. EHS, Maintenance& engineering, warehousing, QA/ lab in production process on timetables and priorities during regular production, start-up, shutdown, change- grade and trial to maintain smooth flow of work to other department for distribution.

• Daily report of daily production achievement plan, minor and major findings, corrective action in daily meeting to continue smooth flow of work.

• Verify and keep the records of production data, requirements of quality control, EHS, log record etc. and file in the department as reference for future review.
• Raise relevant reports to the supervisor daily/weekly/Monthly.
• Ensure the hand-over of appropriate records to the next shift coworker.

• According to corporate, company and statutory EHS requirements, implement the relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures by seeking consultation from with EHS department, including enforcing the observation of all company's operations, safety,5Shousekeeping program and RC requirements to maintain a working environment that supports work safety and production activities.
• Responsible for SERT in case of emergency following company's assignment.

• Track absenteeism, verify team working attendance to ensure the sufficient manpower to meet workload and aligned with regulation requirement.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in industrial or equivalent.

• At least 2 years experiences in processing/operations manufacturing.
• Good understanding of manufacturing process control.
