Our client is a leading importer & distributor of premium international beverage brands. They're consolidating operations in-house and moving to a nearby new site cutting out middlemen and owning the end-to-end distribution. They are seeking a proactive Sales Manager who can lead this transition, stabilize operations, and drive aggressive growth across on-trade and off-trade channels.Key responsibilitiesLead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.Own Bangkok sales activities initially; build processes and scale the national sales network. * Develop and execute channel strategies for on-trade (hotels, bars, restaurants) and off-trade (retail, modern trade).
- Establish direct relationships with key accounts and distributors after middleman phase-out.
- Plan and run promotions, activations, and events to build brand presence.
- Monitor sales KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
- Handle operational gaps hands-on during the transition (logistics coordination, customer issue resolution).
- Adaptable & resilient: thrives in a fast-changing environment and can stabilise operations mid-transition.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Good Thai; strong English business communication. Thai nationals preferred expats who are fluent in Thai are warmly welcomed.
