  • Serve as the primary liaison for insurance partners, brokers, and internal compliance teams to structure and validate business models.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations, ensuring commercial terms are aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local insurance regulations and ensure all partnership activities meet legal and compliance requirements.
Strategic Planning & Business Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth market assessments to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operational goals and translate business requirements into actionable strategies.
  • Build comprehensive business cases that include financial projections, risk assessments, and resource planning for new initiatives and marketing campaigns.
User Acquisition & Campaign Execution
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement digital campaigns aimed at driving user engagement and retention.
  • Own the operational execution of go-to-market strategies, including campaign setup, performance tracking, and iterative optimisation.
  • Analyse user behaviour and campaign data to refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategies for motor and travel insurance products.
End-to-End Project Leadership
  • Drive the execution of insurance-related initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between product, engineering, legal, finance, and external partners.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage milestones, and oversee delivery timelines to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead the integration of insurance offerings into digital platforms, ensuring technical feasibility and operational readiness across all stakeholders.
Operational Oversight Post-Launch
  • Monitor product performance using key metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts, mentoring junior team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage monthly financial reconciliation and settlement processes with insurance partners, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital insurance, project management, or partnership operations, with exposure to regulatory compliance and campaign execution.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Experience with insurance distribution on large digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools.
  • Familiarity with user acquisition strategies for motor and travel insurance in Southeast Asia.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
