Serve as the primary liaison for insurance partners, brokers, and internal compliance teams to structure and validate business models.
Facilitate contract negotiations, ensuring commercial terms are aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local insurance regulations and ensure all partnership activities meet legal and compliance requirements.
Strategic Planning & Business Analysis
Conduct in-depth market assessments to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operational goals and translate business requirements into actionable strategies.
Build comprehensive business cases that include financial projections, risk assessments, and resource planning for new initiatives and marketing campaigns.
User Acquisition & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement digital campaigns aimed at driving user engagement and retention.
Own the operational execution of go-to-market strategies, including campaign setup, performance tracking, and iterative optimisation.
Analyse user behaviour and campaign data to refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategies for motor and travel insurance products.
End-to-End Project Leadership
Drive the execution of insurance-related initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between product, engineering, legal, finance, and external partners.
Develop detailed project plans, manage milestones, and oversee delivery timelines to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Lead the integration of insurance offerings into digital platforms, ensuring technical feasibility and operational readiness across all stakeholders.
Operational Oversight Post-Launch
Monitor product performance using key metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts, mentoring junior team members to ensure smooth operations.
Manage monthly financial reconciliation and settlement processes with insurance partners, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital insurance, project management, or partnership operations, with exposure to regulatory compliance and campaign execution.
Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Experience with insurance distribution on large digital platforms.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools.
Familiarity with user acquisition strategies for motor and travel insurance in Southeast Asia.
Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
