The Head of Finance will lead the financial function to ensure alignment with organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role will oversee financial reporting, cash flow, credit control, taxation, cost management, insurance, and support key transformation projects such as implementing new accounting systems and internal control processes. The position also provides strategic financial advice to senior management.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute financial strategies that support company objectives.Partner with local management and global/regional finance stakeholders to provide insights for decision-making.Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and risk management.Financial Reporting & AnalysisDeliver timely and accurate financial reports (internal and external) including monthly/annual statements.Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and recommend performance improvement actions.Track and report on key metrics, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.Promote a high-performance culture with clear objectives and regular evaluations.Support cross-functional alignment across departments.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Establish and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate risks.Manage annual audits and ensure timely closure of findings.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Languages: Professional fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written) is required.Experience: 10+ years in senior finance roles, preferably with exposure to global operations; auditing background from Big 4 or equivalent is an advantage.Skills: Strong knowledge in accounting/finance; advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency; experience in process improvement and controls.Attributes: Self-motivated, structured, able to work independently, results-oriented, with a strong commitment to excellence.
