Experience requirements
Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a recognized Thai or international institution
Attorney at law and certified by the Thai Bar Association
at least 15 years of progressive legal experience, preferably gained from leading law firms and/or in-house counsel positions within the telecommunications, digital, or related sectors
Demonstrated expertise in litigation and dispute resolution
In-depth knowledge of telecommunications law, digital business regulations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as business and commercial law
Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
