Drive employer branding initiatives by collaborating with internal teams such as HR, PR, and Marketing Communications, as well as external agencies.
Strengthen Company's position as Thailand's premier employer of choice, focusing on both recruitment and employee engagement.
Experience requirements
At least 3-5 years in brand management, marketing, PR with a strong desire to build employer branding.
Deep understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
Creativity and ability to create engaging contents both online and offline.
Proficiency in social media, content creator with excellent communication skills.
Strong Project management and adaptability
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media & Communications, Human Resources, or related field
