- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound/outbound lead generation to promote developer outsourcing services.
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client challenges, tech requirements, team structures, and business objectives that can be solved through remote development teams.
- Solution Proposal & Presentation: Craft and present tailored outsourcing proposals that clearly demonstrate value, highlight relevant developer capabilities, and address client-specific pain points.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms align with both client goals and company objectives, and successfully close outsourcing agreements.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction and retention throughout the engagement.
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define role requirements, then source, screen, and recruit qualified software developers across various technologies and regions.
- Interview Coordination & Onboarding: Facilitate technical interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure smooth onboarding of developers to client teams.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with operations, delivery, marketing, and HR teams to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Market & Talent Intelligence: Stay informed on tech hiring trends, outsourcing best practices, and competitor offerings to continuously refine sales and recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field; a background in Business, HR, or IT is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in professional service sales, preferably in IT outsourcing, recruitment, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, or hiring tech talent is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development roles, technologies, and outsourcing processes is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-minded, positive attitude.
