Accounting and Tax Manager

• Handle full-cycle accounting and tax reporting in a global environment

• Manage transfer pricing analysis and intercompany transactions.

• Oversee month-end closing and daily accounting operations.
• Ensure accurate financial statements under IFRS, Thai GAAP, and BOI regulations.
• Prepare statutory reports, tax audits, and corporate submissions.
• Manage cash flow and reporting
• Develop team capabilities and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations and business stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and automation

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Tax, Accounting and Transfer Price at manager level
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and develop the accounting team.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Thai speaker with good English proficiency
