Location: Wiang Chai, Chiang Rai
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30-17:30) & Saturday (Half day).Responsibilities:
- Training and Development: Identify and assess training needs across all departments. Design and implement engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Facilitate a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Relations and Welfare: Manage employee welfare programs and benefits. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and management to promote positive relations and resolve workplace issues.
- HR Compliance and Policy: Ensure all HR operations and policies comply with Thai labor laws and company regulations. Oversee employee contracts and disciplinary actions, and prepare compliance reports for management.
- Payroll Management: Supervise the payroll process, verifying the accuracy of timekeeping, allowances, and statutory deductions like Social Security Office (SSO) and taxes. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry, or factories is a plus.
- Good communication in English.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven hands-on experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with payroll systems, such as the HumanSoft system, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
