The OneLZ Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and executing Lubrizol's commercial strategies across assigned accounts in Thailand. This role will focus on Engineered Materials and Surface Sciences segments, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective account management, and alignment with the overall business objectives set by the Country Manager and regional leadership.Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales Execution
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts in Thailand, delivering on sales targets and supporting business segment goals.
- Execute sales strategies as defined by the Country Manager and regional teams, ensuring alignment with local market needs.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations for Engineered Materials and/or Surface Sciences.
- Understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and act as the primary point of contact for account-related matters.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical, supply chain, marketing, and business development teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support implementation of cross-segment commercial initiatives and new product introductions.
- Regularly report sales performance, pipeline status, and key account activity to the Country Manager.
- Analyze account performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and address potential risks.
- Ensure all sales and account management activities comply with Lubrizol's ethical standards, company policies, and applicable local regulations.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the chemical, additives, or materials industry.
- Prior experience in the Thai market and knowledge of both Engineered Materials and Surface Sciences segments are advantageous.
- Proven sales execution and account management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- High customer focus and ability to deliver tailored solutions to diverse client needs.
