Manage and prepare import and export documentation
Create and issue purchase orders (PO)
Communicate and coordinate with factories
Oversee shipping processes, including order handling and delivery tracking
Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely output
Manage other tasks as assigned
Experience requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience handling import and export documentation
Familiarity with import/export processes and basic logistics knowledge
Service mind and can-do attitude
Ability to negotiate with both customers and suppliers from domestic and international
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Willing to work overtime when required
Education requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any fields
English - Internal Conversation Level
Japanese: Japanese skills are preferred, but not mandatory
