Prepare periodic budgets and forecasts, ensuring all operational expenses remain within approved limits.Ensure operational excellence and service quality
Update Standard Operating Procedures regularly and conduct quality inspections to maintain high housekeeping standards.Analyze financial performance
Prepare and review monthly P&L and reports, identifying variances from business goals and taking corrective actions.Lead and develop the housekeeping team
Recruit, train, and evaluate team members, focusing on professional growth and performance improvement.Oversee full scope of housekeeping operations
Supervise laundry, linen, flower arrangement, and butler service while coordinating with Engineering and Security for property maintenance and safety.Promote safety, sustainability, and compliance
Ensure adherence to Accor’s safety, crisis, and sustainability policies, and monitor departmental quality performance.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree education
- Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage
- Minimum 6 years of Housekeeping experience with 3 years at a management level
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
