This includes leading the design and implementation of new business models, product development processes, and go-to-market strategies to drive growth in both existing and new markets. Leadership: Develop and inspire high performing teams within the enterprise lines of business and delivery business unit.
Strategy: Define and execute long term strategy to grow revenues, increase profitability, and expand into new markets.
Product Development: Oversee the development and launch of innovative products and solutions to meet evolving customer needs.
Go-To-Market: Drive successful execution of go-to-market strategies to maximize sales and revenue generation.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources to optimize efficiency and achieve business objectives.
Financial Management: Manage budgets and financials to ensure profitable operations within the enterprise lines of business and delivery business unit.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunications industry, including 5 years in leadership roles.
Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to develop and execute long term strategy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of wireless technology, data networks, and IP technologies.
