Customer Service ExecutiveLocation: Rama 3, BangkokWorking hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pmWorking type: OnsiteAbout our clientOur client is a leading third-party logistics provider in Thailand and the CLMV region, offering services in warehousing, distribution, freight forwarding, and value-added logistics solutions. They are seeking a Customer Service Executive to support their sales and operations teams while ensuring seamless customer experience.What you'll do
  • Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers to get competitive logistics costs.
  • Support sales by preparing quotations with accurate costs, terms, and conditions.
  • Liaise with customers for confirmations, documents, and registration processes.
  • Ensure shipments are processed on time, including bookings, documentation, and coordination with freight providers.
  • Prepare profit and loss sheets for each shipment/project and submit to finance.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Logistics, or related fields.
  • 12 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Air Waybill) is a plus.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Positive, open-minded, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Reporting line
  • You will report directly to the Senior Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator.
What success looks like (first 6 months)
  • Smooth end-to-end coordination of shipments and documentation.
  • Accurate and timely quotation preparation and submission.
  • Strong relationships established with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with minimal errors.
