Distribution Representative

• Deliver target in assigned area coverage target and distribution target of focus models.
• Increase active stores vs universe and ensure call visit coverage.
• Deliver % IHS at sub dealers stores of assigned area.
• Plan and deliver efficiency route plan on daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
• Report and feedback on daily, weekly & monthly basis, to DS on market sensing of each sub dealers including issues and action plan.
• Minimize cross border and ensure stable pricing of each area.Area review daily with DM.
• Ensure ordering and delivery process completely.
• Ensure product launch readiness, distribution, and availability.
• Collaborate with Hub Masters operation and Hub Masters delivery team.
• Collaborate with merchandiser team on POSM and ensure merchandiser execution completely in field.
• Submit on time and accurate market movement report.
• Work With DS as self-development plan to evaluate self-soft skills.
• Manage PCs discipline and productivity to achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with DM, PC and UPC sales team, Training and Merchandising team to support Hub Masters operations and resolve any issues in the area.
• Build and maintain good relationships/partnerships with retailers/hub masters/sub dealer’s staffs on field.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing/sales and/or customer service area.
• Pleasant and smart personality and is self-confident with strong interpersonal skills.
• Superb Skills in the areas of Negotiation, Presentation, Selling, Coordinating and Problem Solving and ability to work in a dynamic or under pressure environment.
• Good English proficiency with good computer literacy.
• Must have Driving license and owner car.
