Job responsibilities
1. Production control - Production Planning: Determine production volume and delivery deadlines, and create the manufacturing schedule. - Material Management: Procure necessary raw materials and components appropriately, and manage inventory. - Production Line Management: Monitor the status of the production line and workflow to improve production efficiency. - Equipment Management: Perform maintenance and inspections of equipment to prevent breakdowns and issues. - Productivity Improvement: Propose and implement measures to improve production efficiency (e.g., standardizing work processes, changing line layouts, etc.). - Progress Management: Monitor whether production is progressing according to schedule, and take corrective actions if delays occur. 2. Quality control - Setting Quality Standards: Create product quality standards and specifications, and share them within the company. - Quality Checks: Inspect products during production or after completion to ensure they meet the established standards. - Defective Product Analysis: Analyze the causes of defects when they occur and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Quality Improvement Activities: Propose and implement measures to improve quality (e.g., process improvements, introduction of quality management methods). - Compliance with ISO and Standards: Ensure that products and manufacturing processes comply with international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001). - Customer Support: Address customer complaints or issues related to quality and take appropriate corrective actions. 3. Cost control - Cost Calculation: Calculate the manufacturing cost and procurement cost for each product. - Budget Management: Create a budget for production-related costs, compare it with actual costs, and analyze variances. - Cost Reduction Planning: Propose and implement measures to reduce costs (e.g., efficient use of resources, eliminating waste). - Inventory Management: Manage inventory turnover rates and storage costs, and reduce excess inventory. - Cost Analysis: Analyze cost trends, identify the causes of cost increases, and take corrective actions. - Profit Planning: Optimize pricing and cost structures to achieve target profits. - Any other tasks as assignedJob Requirement

- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 49 years old - Bachelor's degree ・More than bachelor's degree 1) Having experience of production control as manager 2) Having experience of QA/QC as manager ・More than conversational-high of Japanese to report to HQ and instruct to staff ・Willing to learn new things
