As the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the product interface with product development, contributing to the engineering change management process, supporting continuous improvement and production, and participating in the manufacturing engineering network. You will also design, implement, and monitor the production processes, ensuring the feasibility, productivity, and quality of the products.Test EngineerOverall responsibilities and duties:As a Test Engineer, responsible for maintaining and optimizing test systems (FICT, ICT, EOL), ensuring setup compliance, supporting new model builds, coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving quality improvements, and conducting training and audits.The main missions of the role are:

Ensure all test lines (FICT, ICT, EOL Test) on top condition to support production
Ensure all test settings are within the official specification
Perform tester installation and qualification
Generate PM plan of the test setups
Generate test start up checklist, FMEA, Process Flow, TPM, WI, MSA, GR&R, cgk and cpk study
Conduct periodic preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimum tester productivity
Coordinate with suppliers, BG, R&D and other related cross functional teams for concerns related to the test line
Conduct engineering trials and support new model builds and generate result summary.
Report generation related to downtime and first past yield.
Confirm test cycle time and initiate cycle time reduction activities
Initiate test system to capture quality issues and lead rootcause analysis concerning the test lines
Buy off new testers, and related tests fixtures
Conduct training to fellow Forvians related to tester use, operation and maintenance
Support all line audits

Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level: Bachelor or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering

Experience:

5+ years of experience as a test engineer within a high mix low volume production environment
Strong debugging skills for test hardware and software issues
Experience with automotive electronics products, particularly displays, IVI, ECU, Instrument Clusters, and cameras
Familiarity with electrical testing, RF testing, display testing, ROM/MCU writing, ICT, and functional testingExperience in dealing with global teams and multiple tester suppliers is a plus

Skills and Compentencies:

Comprehensive understanding of test engineering theories and practices.
Deep understanding of trends related to test engineering.
Strong knowledge in test hardware and software troubleshooting
Ability to design and execute development projects
Proficiency in statistical methods (e.g., CPK, Sigma) for data analysis in production control processes.
Basic English (Speaking, Writing and Reading).
Additional experience in Python, Minitab, and Visual Studio languages is preferred.
Experience with IVI, IVE, Remote Tuner, Display, and Car Electronic modules is a plus.
Ability to work in a matrixed organization with excellent communication skills and capability to influence and negotiate.
Strong leadership and management skills, with proven ability to establish, develop, lead, and coach a team.
