Job Responsibilities
[Existing clients 85% : New clients 15%] - Analyse needs of customers and handle business requirements of customers; especially key account of Japanese firms - Help communicate with Company Group to get the information of machine inquiries. - Cooperate with engineering team in term of customer support and technical inquiries. - Manage sales activities to respond to the Sale targets - Visit client around 2-3 days per weekJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- At least 3 years as Sales in machinery products (Coil Winding Machine, Factory Automation Machine and spare parts) - Highly interested in Automotive and Electrical components markets. - Conversation High level to Business in Japanese (to communicate with Japanese client & manager, and HQ), JLPT N2 - Conversation Middle level in English (to do document, e-mail and some specific clients) - Have driving license (company provide car for business purpose) - Strong communication and coordination skills
Personality
- Self-motivation. - Good mindset of leader. - Ba able to work independently and be confidence to express/share a new idea. - Sense of teamwork.
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Experience studying or working in Japan - Experience about Winding business is advantage
