We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive excellence in our export operations. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end export process, guide a high-performing team, and ensure our services consistently meet the highest operational and compliance standards.What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and develop the export operations team to achieve operational goals.
Manage daily workflows for both sea and air export activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.
Organize regular team briefings to align on priorities and share updates.
Foster a culture of collaboration through internal training and knowledge exchange.
Resolve escalated cases from different markets with speed and professionalism.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins.
Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations and internal standards.
Handle other operational assignments as needed.
What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
5-8 years in export operations (sea and/or air), including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Hands-on experience in the international freight forwarding industry (mandatory).
Knowledge of CargoWise is a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work effectively under pressure.
Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts when required.
