ROLE PURPOSE
  • Maintain Record management on ABO/Member Document Image to meet regulatory requirements for recordkeeping.
  • Assist with providing records management services to all levels in the organization
  • Ensures all filing records are secured, appropriately maintained, readily accessible and comply to PDPA requirements.
  • Control the documents destruction process securely according to the company's regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
  • Ensure and verify document completeness by type code grouping and co-ordinate with Amway Shop when the correction is needed.
  • Record, Scan and upload documents into the system
  • Arrange records or files appropriately maintained, readily accessible.
  • Assist with archiving and retrieval of records from the repository and other records storage locations when required (both soft and hard copy).
  • Maintain documents control to comply with company policy.
