Job Description :We are looking for a highly skilled Developer Lead with strong backend engineering experience to lead a team in designing and delivering scalable, resilient, and clean software systems. This role requires hands-on leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to architect and implement complex systems while mentoring a growing team.RequirementsResponsibilities
Lead the backend engineering team through architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of high-performance systems.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps to define and execute technical solutions.
Design robust, scalable, and secure backend services using modern architectural patterns.
Write, review, and ensure high-quality, clean, and tested code.
Maintain and evolve technical documentation, including sequence diagrams and system flows.
Champion engineering best practices and continuous improvement across the team.
Manage task estimation, sprint planning, and delivery timelines.
Drive code reviews and mentor team members in clean coding and design practices.
Ensure system reliability, observability, and maintainability.
Primary Skillsets
Backend Engineering & Architecture:
Strong expertise in system design, architecture, and backend infrastructure.
Solid knowledge of design patterns including Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Pub/Sub.
Experience building and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
Databases & Storage:
Hands-on experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases.
Familiarity with Redis for caching and session management.
Cloud & Infrastructure:
Deep experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
Proficiency with Kafka for event streaming and asynchronous processing.
Familiarity with TestContainers or similar tools for integration and E2E testing.
Languages & Frameworks:
Strong skills in Java (knowledge of Apache Camel is a plus).
Solid experience with Node.js / TypeScript / NestJS.
Familiarity with Python (optional but beneficial).
Exposure to PHP / Magento is a plus but not mandatory.
