Find new customers and expand the client base
Maintain relationships with current customers and assist in resolving issues
Provide support and coordination with other departments within the company
Assist with tasks in the marketing department
Research and negotiate competitive rates for freight and transport services
Plan and follow up on tasks in collaboration with the Manager
Experience requirements
Basic knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics operations
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
Holds a valid driver's license and is capable of driving
Education requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
Proficient in English at an internal conversation level (TOEIC score preferred)
