This person will identify key gaps and improvement opportunities to expand our water treatment portfolio, using a systematic approach involving appropriate product selection, cost-in-use analysis, and clear value delivery to customers.This role also includes setting protocols for trials, conducting customer audits, leading key pilot programs, and securing product or solution approvals. As a subject matter expert in water treatment, the incumbent is expected to train and support the local sales team in water and wastewater treatment programs.Responsibilities:Identify customer requirements and transform them into actionable opportunities.Develop systematic programs including product selection, cost-in-use analysis, ROI calculations, and operational benefits.Plan and conduct on-site trials, define protocols and standards, and gain customer approvals.Lead the execution of key value propositions, innovations, and product offerings.Train and support the sales team on water and wastewater treatment programs.Share best practices and replicate successful solutions across customer sites and industry segments.Collaborate with country business teams to achieve growth targets in water treatment.Liaise with senior leaders, technical teams, and operations personnel at customer sites.Build strong relationships with OEMs and service providers in the water treatment space.Internal Collaboration:Work closely with country business leaders, sales and technical teams, sector leaders, and global technical support groups.Engage with the global water treatment community within Diversey to align on best practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related Science discipline.Minimum 8 years of experience in water treatment, preferably in chemical treatment for industrial applications.Experience with industrial customers and applications in utility water and wastewater treatmentBackground in the light manufacturing sector is preferred but not mandatory.Strong technical problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Ability to conduct technical presentations and customer training.Ability to travel approximately 10–12 days per month or as business needs dictate.Some Benefits of Working with Us:Competitive salary and bonusesCompetitive health + wellness benefit planContinuous professional development with many opportunities for growthProvident fundHybrid work arrangementWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired job requirement.
