As an Executive, Crew Scheduling, you'll be responsible for managing work patterns, providing adequate time off, and ensuring our crew has everything they need for a successful flight.WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:Roster Management: Create and maintain fair and effective schedules for crew members, ensuring they have adequate rest periods between shifts.SLA Monitoring & Action: Monitor crew performance against SLA requirements and take necessary corrective actions.Feedback & Reporting: Provide feedback on trends and propose changes to senior management based on policy or regulation impacts.Crew Communication: Act as a key point of contact for crew, communicating schedule updates and providing performance feedback.Record Maintenance: Keep crew member records, including addresses and contact information, accurate and up-to-date.Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with supervisors to ensure all crews are equipped with the necessary resources for their duties.WHO YOU ARE:Education: You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management or any related field.Experienced: You have prior experience in crew rostering or crew control.System Savvy: You have knowledge of Crew Rostering Systems.Master Negotiator: You possess strong communication in English with effective negotiation skills.Adaptable: You're able to work effectively on both day and night shifts.Team Player: You have a proven ability to work as a team to achieve shared success.WHERE YOU’LL GO:Start your career in the heart of flight operations!
