Strategic Innovation Management: Define and oversee project timelines for innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and assessing feasibility based on complexity and capabilities.
Innovation Pipeline & Prioritization: Provide input on prioritizing innovation projects and evaluating their timelines to ensure effective resource allocation and execution readiness.
Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the central point of coordination among Innovation, R&D, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless project delivery.
Technical Translation & Solution Development: Guide technical teams in aligning product solutions with consumer needs and business objectives, translating design concepts into actionable technical requirements.
Governance & Risk Control: Establish governance frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation plans while supporting pilot execution and change management processes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Agile Execution: Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making, while fostering an agile, iterative mindset within project teams.
Commercialization & Scale-Up: Lead the transition from pilot to mass production, coordinating with pre-production and production teams to refine innovations and ensure market readiness.
The Successful Applicant
Education & Experience: Master's degree in a relevant field with proven PMO or project management experience in innovation-driven industries.
Technical & Strategic Skills: Strong background in product development, business strategy, and manufacturing, with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
Innovation Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Stage-Gate, and similar frameworks for managing complex innovation projects.
Collaboration & Communication: Effective in cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder engagement, with strong communication and influencing skills.
Adaptability & Problem Solving: Skilled at navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and driving progress in dynamic environments
