About the CompanyElectronics ManufacturingJob Responsibilities· Develop and lead Compliance programs across global and APAC manufacturing sites, ensuring adherence to import/export regulations and customs requirements.· Manage relationships with customs and government agencies, oversee applications/registrations, and respond to audits or regulatory inquiries.· Provide expertise in tariff classification, valuation, country of origin, and US export controls, guiding risk assessments and compliance decisions.· Conduct internal reviews, implement standard operating procedures and internal controls, and introduce customs simplification measures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.· Deliver training and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate compliance data, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvements.Experience requirements· Over 10 years of professional experience in global trade compliance and related functions.· In-depth knowledge of trade compliance frameworks with a successful track record across the APAC region.· Hands-on experience with export control regulations as well as SAP & GTS systems.· Practical exposure to the electronics and semiconductor sectors.· Strong expertise in product/commodity classification and compliance with relevant regulations.· Fluent in English and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal· Able to work in upcountryContact Person
