About our group:The Replication Team is a section within the Maintenance Engineering Department. We are fully responsible for qualifying both automated and semi-automated equipment to ensure the delivery of world-class manufacturing systems to the factory. Our team coordinates between internal Seagate teams and contract manufacturers to align with Seagate's quality requirements.   • Validate and maintain standardized machine designs for the build process.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop build procedures from initial setup to production release.
  • Co-analyze quality issues with design team and provide feedback to machine maker for improvement.
  • Qualify equipment both at the supplier site (pre-shipment) and at the factory site (post-shipment).
  • Initiate Kaizen or improvement ideas.

About you:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to work across multiple team
  • Interested in automation technology.
  • Skilled in SolidWorks, GD&T, Python, and JMP.
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • English skill will be advantage.
