Oversee daily contract execution while managing logistics operations, including import and export activities.
Handle client accounts and provide execution support to the trading team.
Prepare and manage shipment documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for seamless trade and logistics execution.
Liaise with various offices and customers to optimize shipment operations and resolve logistics challenges.
Ensure regulatory compliance in import/export processes and streamline supply chain efficiency.
Support contract-related tasks and system processes to maintain smooth trade operations.
The Successful Applicant
5-10 years of experiences in overall import & export operation from trading business or relevant
Good knowledge in ocean import-export shipping documentation and contractual terms
Experienced in team management (small team)
Fluent command in English communication skill
